Staff order board
A board on the kitchen wall that rings for every order
The staff board runs in the browser of any tablet, phone or computer. New orders ring and appear at the top. The cook accepts, sets the preparation time, and the order moves across the board until it is delivered.

Four columns, one glance
New, Preparing, On the way and Done today. Each card shows the room number in large type, the dishes with their options, the guest comment, the time since the order and the total.
When the cook taps Accept, they pick the preparation time. The guest sees "Ready by 21:30" on the phone and stops wondering whether anyone saw the order.
Built for a busy kitchen
- Large buttons that work with wet hands
- A sound for each new order, and the screen stays awake during the shift
- A printed kitchen ticket for each order, if your kitchen works with paper
- A warning on the card when it is the first order from a new phone, so staff can call the room first
Pause and stop-list
Fully booked breakfast and a queue of orders? One switch pauses new orders for 30 minutes, and guests see a short note instead of waiting in vain. Out of salmon? Switch the dish off for today on the board, and it returns by itself the next morning.
Kitchen and bar on separate boards
With Pro, each category goes to its station. Drinks appear on the bar board, dishes on the kitchen board, and one order with both is split automatically. Each station sees only its own work.
What device do we need?
Any tablet, phone or computer with a modern browser. Most hotels use an inexpensive Android tablet on the kitchen wall.
What if the Wi-Fi in the kitchen drops?
The board shows a clear warning that it is offline. When the connection returns, it loads the orders it missed. Telegram keeps working on staff phones in the meantime.
How many staff accounts can we have?
Free includes 5 staff accounts, Pro has no limit. Each person logs in with their own account, so the history shows who accepted what.
Can the board print kitchen tickets?
Yes. Each order can be printed as a kitchen ticket on any printer connected to the device.
