For guesthouses and B&Bs
A free QR menu for a guesthouse run by a family
In a guesthouse the owner cooks breakfast, answers the phone and carries the luggage. Roomtray takes one task off that list: guests order breakfast, drinks and requests from their phone, and you see the order in Telegram.
Free for small houses
The Free plan covers up to 15 rooms with no time limit: unlimited orders, QR codes for every room, Telegram notifications, the staff board, the stop-list, room charges and 3 menu languages with automatic translation. You start with 30 days of Pro and stay on Free afterwards if you do not need more.
Breakfast without the morning questions
Guests choose what they want for breakfast in the evening and when they want it. You know in advance how many eggs to buy and who wants gluten-free bread. In the morning the list is on your phone, sorted by time.
Your phone is the reception
There is no need for a tablet or a computer. Orders arrive in Telegram with Accept and Reject buttons. If your partner or your daughter helps in the evening, add them to the same group.
- Wine, beer and snacks from your own fridge
- A lunch package for a hiking day
- Requests like extra blankets or a bicycle for tomorrow
Everything on one bill
Orders collect on the room, and at departure you print one bill or simply read the total from the screen. Guests pay together with the room, in cash or by card, the way they do now.
Is it really free?
Yes. Free costs nothing for up to 15 rooms, without a time limit and without commission on orders.
Do I need a tablet?
No. Telegram on your phone is enough. The staff board also runs in the phone browser.
How long does setup take?
Most guesthouses are live in one afternoon: add a few items, print the QR codes and connect Telegram.
